What Is Integrative Mind–Body Healing?

This is a virtual, one-on-one healing session that blends:

  • BodyTalk (a consciousness-based system that supports mind–body communication)

  • Somatic and therapeutic yoga practices

  • Nervous system regulation techniques

Together, these approaches help improve body awareness, emotional processing, and physiological balance.

Scientific research proves that thoughts, behaviors & emotions are interconnected with the physical body’s well being.

BodyTalk activates the relaxation response of your Parasympathetic nervous system, this is the only state where cellular healing occurs.

Somewhere along the journey of who you are today, stress, trauma, and pain created belief systems, habits and memories that may have blocked your BodyMind’s natural healing capabilities. 

Sessions are conducted online via video, making it easy to access support wherever you are.

Each session may include:

How it works.

I become a translator for your BodyMind using my structured intuition. Using multidimensional modalities, the act of quantum "observing" surfaces pain that is ready to be seen & heal.

 

What to expect.

The session becomes an interactive observation that brings coherence to any vibrational distortion of your BodyMind.

Remote & in person, the client accesses Theta brain waves in a meditative state of awareness. As the practitioner, I use neuromuscular feedback to muscle check the priority to be observed.
